The “day job / night passion” introductions ran long this week, in the best way, covering music production, cinematography, social media management, photography, videography, and acting.

Seven pitches: a philosophical one-take hybrid live-action/AI drama with five interconnected stories. A 6-minute Paradise Lost adaptation. A 9-minute short shot at an actual puppet theater about personality disorder and panic attacks, personal to the writer’s own experience. Two podcast/YouTube concepts, one satirical politics show and one “one-to-one meetups” dating-show format. A feature pitch built from the pitcher’s own novella, deck and treatment already done, actively looking for a buyer. And a “chess boxing” brand project running live actor workshops and script tests.

Screened: a raw-cut short filmed in a real Prenzlauer Berg church, and a hybrid live-action/AI tribute short, with the maker offering to run a hybrid-filmmaking workshop for anyone curious.
